Parked inside Fiori Harbour, we really could not judge the exact hight of the waves. Nor can we judge it looking at the swell. The waves come from very deep and jacks up to the shallow reef. Good surfers can take off from way back and stand through a perfect barrel.

Oh my. This is nice!
Just came upon your blog. I really enjoyed looking through the pictures and stories relating to each painting, or to an event that happened at the time of painting. I especially liked the portraits, like the one with the little girl who posed for you :)
You should get this out for more people to see!
